Julie started working with the Docklands players towards the end of the 2002/03 season. Her input made a massive contribution to Docklands' most successful season ever which culminated in the club's first National KO Cup win. Julie is herself an ex-volleyball player and enjoyed success with Essex Estonians. Julie also helps the GB men's team with their sports psychology and is currently involved in a research project with the squad.
